Hi, I’m Sonja. I am certified mindfulness and meditation instructor.
I was trained by Theravada Buddhist Monks to teach meditation and guide individual and group classes. I offer a unique, simple, psychology-based approach to meditation that has proven to be effective in helping people reduce stress and increase mental wellbeing.
My Formal Training
My formal education is BA in Psychology and my meditation training has been primarily in the Theravada Buddhist tradition. I am honored to be trained and mentored by LP John Paramai and Ping Ping Worakate Thangsurbkul.
Besides being a meditation trainer I am a therapist and TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises) practitioner in education.
At the moment I am teaching meditation and mentoring, mostly online. And providing psychotherapy to individuals.


My Mission
At the core of what I teach, and why I teach, is a strong belief that feeling well and being well comes from a “place” that lies within us. We can visit it on demand regardless of our current external circumstances.
As a practitioner and as a teacher, I’m committed, to supporting people to find that place of inner wellbeing and helping them make it their spiritual home.
My motto is: “You don’t need to have a perfect life to feel perfectly peaceful.”
